Yesterday marked an exciting day not just for a fellow blogger, Nicholas Brilleaux of Hammond Action News, but for all of the blogosphere. The suit against HAN was dismissed by Judge Beth Wolfe who not only denied the preliminary injunction and dissolved the temporary restraining order, but ruled that Global Wildlife pay Brilleaux $500 for attorney fees and court costs.


The case was won under the glorious banner of freedom of speech. WTG! Just when I was beginning to believe there was no justice in Louisiana and freedom of speech was an old joke, I'm proved wrong.
